Removing Flywheel

Information

The flywheel shown in the illustrations below comes from a vehicle with manual transmission. The procedure for vehicles with a double clutch transmission is identical.

> 9538/1 - Toothed segment-1- must be fitted on the engine flange as a counter-hold tool.
Information

A commercially available socket, for example, is ideal as a spacer.
1. 1.1 > 9538/1 - Toothed segment-1- must be fitted on the engine flange using original flange screw -3- , > 9538/2 - holder-2- and spacer -4- .

Counter-hold tool (similar to illustration)
Remove flywheel -1- .
1. 2.1 Unscrew screws on flywheel -2- and counter using.
  1. 2.1.1 Replace screws.
2. 2.2 Remove flywheel -1- .
