Installing Oil Separator

Information 

• O-rings must always be replaced. 
• O-rings must be coated lightly with Kluber Syntheso Glep. 

1. Replace O-rings -2-  on the oil separator -1-  .

   1. 1.1  Grease new O-rings -2-  .
2. Insert oil separator into the engine compartment from above and fit it on the oil bracket.
3. Fit screws on the oil separator.
4. Tighten screw -4-  .

   > Tightening torque 10 N.m (7.5 ft lb.)

5. Tighten screw -1-  .

   > Tightening torque 13 N.m (9.5 ft lb.)

6. Connect crankcase vent line -3-  to the oil separator until the lock engages securely.
