Installing Positive Crankcase Ventilation Line (Oil Filler Neck Section)

  1. Install positive crankcase ventilation line -1-  .
    1. 1.1  Position positive crankcase ventilation line -1-  .
    2. 1.2  Secure positive crankcase ventilation line -1-  to cylinder head cover for cylinder 1-3 -2-  .
      1. 1.2.1  Connect positive crankcase ventilation line quick-connecting lock -3-  and lock, pressing electric wire harness -4-  aside.

        Positive crankcase ventilation line to cylinder head cover for cylinder 1-3

  2. Secure positive crankcase ventilation line -1-  to oil filler neck -2-  .
    1. 2.1  Connect positive crankcase ventilation line quick-connecting lock -3-  and lock.

      Positive crankcase ventilation line to oil filler neck

  3. Secure positive crankcase ventilation line -1-  to cylinder head cover for cylinder 4-6 -2-  .
    1. 3.1  Clip in clips -4 and 5-  .
    2. 3.2  Fit and tighten screw -6-  .

      > Tightening torque 10 N.m (7.5 ft lb.) 

    3. 3.3  Fit positive crankcase ventilation line -1-  on oil filter housing -3-  .
    4. 3.4  Connect positive crankcase ventilation line quick-connecting lock -7-  and lock.
