Front spring strut

| -1- | Hexagon nut M14 x 1.5 | 1 | Before loosening the hexagon nut, pre-tension the coil spring using a spring tensioner (not generally required/depends on the setting (installation pretension of coil spring). Loosen the hexagon nut using > 3078 - socket-wrench insert, a/f 22 . Counter at the piston rod (7-mm hexagon socket) when loosening (and tightening) the nut. |
Use a new hexagon nut. > Tightening torque 70 N.m (51.6 ft lb.) |
