Installing Flap Mechanism

  1. Installation is performed in reverse order to removal.
  2. Tighten fastening screw for inner flap mechanism to the specified tightening torque. > Tightening torque 3.2 N.m (2.4 ft lb.) 

    Tighten fastening screw for outer flap mechanism to the specified tightening torque. > Tightening torque 3.2 N.m (2.4 ft lb.) 

    Tighten fastening screw for side flap mechanism to the specified tightening torque. > Tightening torque 3.2 N.m (2.4 ft lb.) 

  3. Fasten rivets using > VAS 5072A - Pop Rivet Pliers
