Procedure For Cleaning The Convertible Top

Information 

Maintain a minimum distance of 300 mm between the power washer spray jet and the convertible top and do not point the high-pressure spray directly at seals.

1. Rinse off highly soiled areas, starting at the cowl panel frame and moving towards the convertible-top compartment lid.

2. Mixing shampoo from the Tequipment care case, Cabriolet  : 1/2 Measuring cap -A-  to 2 litres of water.

   Information 

   Use a brush with strong, non-scratch bristles.

3. Rub the water/shampoo mixture into the convertible top fabric in circular movements while pressing slightly on the brush until a film of foam forms.

   Information

4. Starting at the cowl panel frame and moving towards the convertible-top compartment lid, rinse off the foam thoroughly before the shampoo dries in.
