Removing And Installing Cover For Front Middle Backrest
- Carefully press cover for front middle backrest out of the backrest shell -1-
using a plastic wedge -2-
to disengage it from the clips -3-
.
Detaching cover for middle backrest at the rear
- Press cover for middle backrest -1-
together slightly at the sides -arrows B-
and use a plastic wedge to detach it from the catches -inset-
.
Information
Carefully detach cover for front middle backrest. Do not bend the retaining hook.
- Insert your hand in behind the top of the middle backrest cover -1-
and disengage it by pulling it up out of the backrest frame -2-
(-arrow A-
).

Mark assignment of electric plug connections before disconnecting them.
- Disconnect electric plug connections for backrest heating -1-
.
Disconnect the electric plug connections
- Installation is performed in reverse order.
