Installing Padding For Front Seat

Place padding -1- on seat shell -arrow A- and align it -arrow B- .

Aligning padding

Affix front seat padding to seat frame.

Information

The sealing surface of the seat frame must be clean and free of grease.

2.1 Apply adhesive to the marked area -A- of the seat frame.

2.2 Press front seat padding on firmly in area -A- (-arrows A- ).
2.3 Lift front seat padding in area -B- and apply adhesive to the marked area -B- .
2.4 Press front seat padding on firmly in area -B- (-arrows B- ).

Do not trap or damage the wire harness when pulling it through.
Only for vehicles with heated seats (I-no. 342):
Pull wire harness through the seat frame -arrows- .
