Preparing Connection Areas Of Body For Installing Wheel Housing Reinforcement

Information 

Shown on driver's side; the steps are identical for the passenger's side.

1. Fit in and secure wheel housing reinforcement -1-  at the spring strut mount.
2. Mark drilling positions for body at the existing bores -A-  on the wheel housing reinforcement -1-  .
3. Remove wheel housing reinforcement -1-  .

4. Drill and de-burr holes at the markings you made -A-  . > Diameter 6.8 mm

5. Prepare connection area on the spring strut mount for bonding in the marked area.
