Removing Upper Front Roof Frame

Information 

Loosen connection points on one side only. Do not damage the sheet-metal panel underneath.

Installation position of upper front roof frame

1. Drill through spotwelds using a > Nr.129 - spotweld drill; see Gr. 2.4; Workshop Equipment Service Information. 
   1. 1.1  Grind down welded seams -arrows-  .
   2. 1.2  Remove upper front roof frame.

2. Drill through spotwelds -A-  using a > Nr.129 - spotweld drill; see Gr. 2.4; Workshop Equipment Service Information.

3. heat the marked bonding surfaces.
