Installing (Lower) Seat-Belt Connection Reinforcement

Information 

Shown on driver's side; the steps are identical for the passenger's side.

1. Coat connection area on (lower) seat-belt connection reinforcement with > ADHESIVE 000.043.206.30  in the marked area.

   > 5X00IN21 WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE

2. > ADHESIVE 000.043.206.30  must be applied to the prepared bonding area of the body in the marked areas.

3. First pre-coat the entire connection area of the (lower) seat-belt connection reinforcement with > ADHESIVE 000.043.206.30. 

   > 5X00IN21 WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE

4. > ADHESIVE 000.043.206.30  must be applied to the prepared bonding area of the (lower) seat-belt connection reinforcement in the marked areas.

5. Insert (lower) seat-belt connection reinforcement and align it with the bores you made earlier.
6. Rivet in (lower) seat-belt connection reinforcement in areas -A-  using > BLIND RIVET 999.190.227.01.
