Preliminary Work

  1. Disconnect the battery.

    > 2X00IN WORK INSTRUCTIONS AFTER DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY

  2. Remove cover for front middle backrest.

    > 742019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COVER FOR FRONT MIDDLE BACKREST

  3. Remove front backrest cover as far as required until the backrest adjustment motor is accessible.

    > 741919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COVER FOR FRONT BACKREST
