Assembling Backrest Frame

WARNING: Incorrect handling of safety bolts 
  • Danger of injury 
  • Loss of torque 

    → Always use new screws or nuts following removal.

    → Comply with instructions for repairs.

    → Observe specified tightening torques.

    → Carry out a visual inspection of parts used.

Information 

Micro-self-locking or self-tapping screws must not be modified, greased or loosened and then screwed in again.

  1. Before assembling the driver's seat or passenger seat, check the following points on the line routing.

  2. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:

    Tightening torque for screw securing backrest frame to seat frame: > Tightening torque 34 N.m (25 ft lb.) +/- 4 N.m (3 ft lb.)
