Removing Inner Spring On Backrest Frame

1. Loosen line bracket -3-  and disconnect air connection line -1-  at the clutch -2-  .

2. Remove expanding clips -2-  on air cushion for backrest side bolster -1-  at the left and right.

3. Disengage tension springs -1-  at the left and right from the inner spring on the backrest frame -2-  (-arrows A-  ).
4. Unclip inner spring on backrest frame -2-  at the drive shaft -arrow B-  and set it aside together with add-on parts.

   ¹⁾ Add-on parts include: Lumbar support, lumbar-support motor, control valve for lumbar support adjustment, control valve for air cushion and air cushion for backrest side bolsters.

5. Disengage tension springs -1-  from backrest frame.
