Installing Air Cushion For Backrest

Only required for replacing the air cushion on the backrest on the side of the side airbag:
Disconnect air connection line -1- from the new air cushion for backrest using a suitable tool at a position > Length 50 mm -X- away from the air cushion.

Disconnecting air connection line

Information

Pay particular attention to the following when fitting the air connection lines:
- Do not heat air connection lines.
- Do not use grease.
- Do not use tools.
- Do not strain lines during fitting.
Connect hose connection -1- to the air connection line for the backrest air cushion -arrow- .

Connect hose connection on air connection line for air cushion for backrest -1- to air connection line for lumbar support -2- (-arrows- ).

Connecting air connection lines
Position air cushion for backrest -3- (-arrow A- ).
Secure air cushion for backrest -3- using the two expanding clips -1- (-arrows B- ).
To do this, press pins -2- into the expanding clips -1- (-arrow C- ).
