  1. Remove or remove double clutch transmission.

    > WM, 373419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING PORSCHE DOPPELKUPPLUNG (PDK) (V8 BITURBO)

    > 373427 REMOVING AND MOUNTING DOUBLE-CLUTCH TRANSMISSION (V8 BITURBO)

  2. If the engine was removed and the double clutch transmission removed:

    Information 

    Porsche Doppelkupplung must not be placed on oil pan.

    1. 2.1 Place double clutch transmission with > 9932 - gear support-2-  on suitable pieces of wood -1-  .
    2. 2.2 Remove > 9932 - gear support  .

  3. Remove catalytic converter -2-  .
    1. 3.1 Unscrew screws -1-  and remove catalytic converter holder -2-  .

  4. Pull off connecting shaft -1-  .
