Installing Sealing Ring For Front Output Shaft

1. Prepare new sealing ring for fitting.
   1. 1.1 Make sure not to bend the sealing lip -Arrow-  .
   2. 1.2 Fill the space between the dust and sealing lips on the new sealing ring with Olista Longtime 3EP  grease. When doing this, make sure that the sealing lip -Arrow-  is also coated slightly with grease.

2. Clean the take-up bore and shaft.
3. Slide new sealing ring -2-  over > T10186 - protective sleeve-1-  and shaft and remove > T10186 - protective sleeve-1-  .

4. Drive a new sealing ring -1-  using a > 9831 - pressure piece-2-  onto the > press-in depth 6.6 mm +/- 0.3 mm -x-  . The maximum inclination of the sealing ring must be 0.5 mm.

5. Fit new sealing ring -1-  .
