Installing Left Throttle Housing

Information 

During installation, make sure that the clamp -2-  is positioned correctly on the charge air hose -3-  .

Charge air hose

1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:

   Replace sealing ring and clean the sealing face.

   Tightening torque for clamp securing charge air hose to turbocharger: > Tightening torque 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.) +/- 0.5 Nm (0.3 ftlb.) 

   Tightening torque for clamp securing charge air hose to pressure pipe on throttle housing: > Tightening torque 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.) +/- 0.5 Nm (0.3 ftlb.) 

   Tightening torque for screws securing pressure pipe to throttle housing: > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.) 

   Tightening torque for screws on throttle housing: > Tightening torque 7 Nm (5 ftlb.)
