Removing Pressure Sensor

NOTE:
Dirt and contamination
- Risk of damage to units or components
→ Protect components from dirt and contamination.
→ Clean or replace dirty components.
Information
- The sealing ring on the pressure sensor is pressed on.
- After removing a pressure sensor, the sensor must be replaced.
Information
- The pressure sensors for clutch 1 and 2 (K1 and K2) are identical parts.
- The pressure sensors can be diagnosed using a fault code and this is used to detect the defective sensor in the PIWIS Tester.

- Release and pull off cable plug -1-

- Remove pressure sensor using > 9911 - socket-wrench insert
.
- 2.1 Loosen pressure sensor -1- by turning it approx. 90 degrees anti-clockwise using socket-wrench insert -2- . Then remove tool.
- 2.2 Unscrew the pressure sensor by hand.
