Removing Cylinder Head - Right Cylinder Bank

Remove additional coolant pump.

Additional coolant pump
1. 1.1 Unscrew screws on coolant line holder -1- .
2. 1.2 Unscrew screw on coolant flange -2- and pull off the flange.
3. 1.3 Remove additional coolant pump with coolant lines.
Remove side coolant pipe -1- .

Side coolant pipe - right cylinder bank
1. 2.1 Unscrew screw -2- .
2. 2.2 Remove side coolant pipe -1- .
  1. 2.2.1 Replace O-ring.
Remove front coolant pipe -1- .

1. 3.1 Unscrew screw -2- .
2. 3.2 Remove front coolant pipe -1- .
  1. 3.2.1 Replace O-ring.
Loosen guide rail -1- from right cylinder head.

1. 4.1 Unscrew bearing pins -2- .
  1. 4.1.1 Replace bearing pins.
2. 4.2 Remove guide rail -1- .
Remove cylinder head -11- .

1. 5.1 Loosen and unscrew screws on cylinder head in the sequence 10 to 1- .
  1. 5.1.1 Replace screws.
2. 5.2 Remove cylinder head -11- .
  1. 5.2.1 Replace cylinder-head gasket.
