Removing Guide And Tensioning Rails - Left Cylinder Bank

Remove guide and tensioning rails -1 and 2- .
1. 1.1 Remove guide rail -1- .
  1. 1.1.1 Unscrew screws -3- .
  2. 1.1.2 Guide out and remove guide rail -1- .
2. 1.2 Remove tensioning rail -2- .
  1. 1.2.1 Unscrew bearing pin -4- .
  2. 1.2.2 Guide out and remove tensioning rail -2- .

Guide and tensioning rails - left cylinder bank
Remove slide -1- .
1. 2.1 Carefully insert a suitable tool between the slide -1- and holder -2- .
2. 2.2 Carefully lift the locking lug -3- of the slide -1- out of the recess -4- in the holder -2- .
3. 2.3 Pull slide -1- forward away from the cylinder head.
