Installing Brake Booster Vacuum Pump

Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:

Brake booster vacuum pump
1. 1.1 Clean contact surfaces on the brake booster vacuum pump and cylinder head.
2. 1.2 Replace and grease sealing rings on the brake booster vacuum pump and vacuum line.
3. 1.3 Align the brake booster vacuum pump driver exactly on the groove of the outlet camshaft.
4. 1.4 Tighten screws on brake booster vacuum pump -2- .
  > Tightening - torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
