Securing Rear Brake Calliper

and remove rear brake calliper -1-

Information
Never use power tools (impact bolter) for loosening and securing the brake calliper on the wheel bearing housing.
- Secure rear brake calliper -1-
.
Rear brake calliper
- 2.1 Fit rear brake calliper -1- .
- 2.2 Replace rear brake calliper screws -3- .
- 2.3 Screw in and tighten new screws on rear brake calliper -3-
.
> Initial - tightening 100 Nm (74 ftlb.)
> Final tightening + 90°
- 2.4 Connect and lock cable plug -2- .
- Push on and lock cable plug for rpm sensor -1-
.

- Commission electric parking brake (EPB) using the PIWIS Tester.
- 4.1 Select Parking brake in the control unit overview.
- 4.2 In the Maintenance/repairs menu, select the function Commissioning.
- 4.3 Follow the instructions on the Tester.
