Installing Brake Master Cylinder

Install brake master cylinder -1- .

Brake master cylinder
1. 1.1 Move brake master cylinder -1- into installation position.
2. 1.2 Screw on and tighten new nuts -2- .
  > Tightening - torque 49 Nm (36 ftlb.)
Connect brake lines -1- to brake master cylinder -2- .

Brake lines on brake master cylinder
1. 2.1 Insert brake lines -1- in brake master cylinder -2- .
2. 2.2 Screw in and tighten union nuts on brake lines -3- .
  Left-hand drive : > Tightening - torque 14 Nm (10.5 ftlb.)
  
  Right-hand drive: > Tightening - torque 18 Nm (13 ftlb.)
Secure vacuum lines -1- to plastic bracket -2- .

Vacuum lines on plastic bracket
1. 3.1 Install plastic bracket -2- .
2. 3.2 Clip vacuum lines -1- into plastic bracket -2- .
3. 3.3 Connect quick connectors -4 and 5- until they engage securely.
4. 3.4 Clip in clip -3- .
