Installing Mounting Saddle

Mounting for mounting saddle
1. 1.1 Position mounting saddle -1- in the footwell.
  1. 1.1.1 Position brake booster push rod in the ball joint mounting (clip) on the brake pedal.
2. 1.2 Screw on and tighten nut on mounting saddle -2- .
  > Tightening - torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
Fit and tighten mounting saddle screws -1- .
> Tightening - torque 25 Nm (19 ftlb.)

Connect brake pedal -1- to brake booster push rod -2- .

Brake booster push rod on brake pedal
1. 3.1 Lock push rod -2- to the ball joint mounting.
  1. 3.1.1 Press brake pedal -1- towards the brake booster -arrow A- with your hand until the push rod -2- engages securely in the retaining lugs of the ball joint mounting.
Install plastic bracket -2- .

Vacuum lines on plastic bracket
1. 4.1 Position plastic bracket -2- .
2. 4.2 Clip vacuum lines -1- into plastic bracket -2- .
3. 4.3 Connect quick connectors -4 and 5- .
4. 4.4 Clip in clip -3- .
