Removing Engine

Lift the engine at the engine suspension eyelets using a workshop crane and secure it.
Loosen engine from front-axle carrier.

Left engine mount
1. 2.1 Unscrew screws on engine mount -3- .
2. 2.2 Unscrew screws on retainer plate -4- .
  1. 2.2.1 Replace screws.
3. 2.3 Only if engine has to be secured on assembly support:
  Unscrew screws securing engine to engine mount -2- .
  1. 2.3.1 Replace screws.
4. 2.4 Lift engine and remove engine mount -1- .
Information

Get another person to help during removal and mounting.
Carefully lift out the engine and get another person to help guide it out.
