Installing Striker Pin

  1. Position striker pin (lock peg) and screw in the screws. Locking clip - bend facing inside of vehicle.
  2. Carefully close vehicle door and check that the lock peg is correctly positioned with respect to the lock.
  3. Adjust the lock peg to suit the lock as required.
  4. Tighten screws to > Tightening - torque 25 Nm (19 ftlb.)  .
  5. Check adjustment of vehicle door and adjust it if necessary.
