Subsequent Work

  1. Install centre console.

    > 68171900 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CENTRE CONSOLE

    Information 

    If servo motors were replaced or work was performed on the flap mechanism, the end positions of the servo motors must be taught.

  2. Teach end positions of servo motors.
    1. 2.1  Connect the PIWIS Tester  to the vehicle and switch on the PIWIS Tester. 
    2. 2.2  Switch on ignition.
    3. 2.3  Start diagnostics.
    4. 2.4  Select "Air conditioning"  control unit.
    5. 2.5  Select the "Maintenance/repairs"  tab.
    6. 2.6  Select the "Teach and check Hap servo motors"  menu item and press F12 to continue.
    7. 2.7  Follow the instructions on the Tester.
