Removing Coolant Temperature Sensor On Engine

WARNING: Hot fluid 
  • Danger of scalding 
    • → Avoid contact with hot fluid.
    • → Wear personal protective gear.
  1. Remove coolant temperature sensor -1-  .

    Coolant temperature sensor

    1. 1.1  Release and disconnect cable plug -2-  .
    2. 1.2  Unscrew screw -3-  .
    3. 1.3  Remove coolant temperature sensor -1-  .
      1. 1.3.1  Catch emerging coolant.
      2. 1.3.2  Replace O-ring.
