Preliminary Work

  1. If the fuel level is above the reserve level, drain the fuel tank.

    > 200317 DRAINING AND FILLING FUEL

  2. Remove rear right seat.

    > 724819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR SEAT

    Information 

    The fuel pump cap can be damaged during removal. Replace it if necessary.

  3. Remove fuel pump cap.

    > 207019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CONTROL UNIT FOR FUEL PUMP
