WARNING: Hot fluid 
  • Danger of scalding 
    1. → Let the fluid cool down.
    2. → Wear personal protective gear.
  1. Remove cover for front underbody.

    > WM, 519219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COVER FOR FRONT UNDERBODY

  2. Allow the transmission unit to cool down to room temperature (about 20° to 25° Celsius).
  3. Visually inspect the transmission unit for leaks.

    Information 

    • Only use oil approved by Porsche, see specifications in Spare Parts Information. 
  4. Have new oil ready (approx. 0.6 litres  ).
  5. Position collection pan and have > VAS 6563 - Manual metering pumps, Porsche set  ready.
