Installing Servo Motor For Transfer Gear

Information
Check that the heat shield is fitted correctly -1- on the transfer gear wiring harness.
The rubber stop must be flush with the surface of the transfer gear -3- .
Bend the bent shield back into its correct position.
Heat protection panel
- Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
Replace sealing rings on servo motor for transfer gear.
Tighten fastening screws securing heat shield to transfer gear to > Tightening torque 5.8 Nm (4.3 ftlb.) .
Tighten fastening screws securing servo motor for transfer gear to transfer gear to > Tightening torque 22 Nm (1 6.2 ftlb.) .
