Replacing Drive Shaft Sealing Ring (Rear Protective Tube)

  1. Disconnect protective tube for drive shaft -1-  from the transmission.

    Protective tube for drive shaft

  2. Replace sealing ring for drive shaft -1-  .

    Drive shaft sealing ring (rear protective tube)

    1. 2.1 Pull off old drive shaft sealing ring -1-  from protective tube for drive shaft -2-  .
    2. 2.2 Clean protective tube for drive shaft -2-  and contact surface of sealing ring on transmission housing.
    3. 2.3 Fit new  drive shaft sealing ring -1-  on protective tube for drive shaft -2-  .
  3. Connect protective tube for drive shaft -1-  to transmission.
