Installing Automatic Transmission
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
- 1.1 Tighten screws securing transmission support to the body.
> Tightening torque 55 Nm (41 ftlb.)
- 1.2 Replace screws securing automatic transmission to engine.
- 1.3 Tighten new screws securing automatic transmission to engine.
M12 x 100 and M12 x 125 : > Initial tightening torque 30 Nm (22 ftlb.) and > Final tightening torque angle 90
M10 x 60 and M10 x 75: > Initial tightening torque 15 Nm (11 ftlb.) and > Final tightening torque angle 90 Grad
- 1.4 Replace screws for starter.
- 1.5 Tighten screws for starter.
top: > Initial tightening 30 Nm (22 ftlb.) and > Final tightening + 105°
bottom: > Tightening torque 65 Nm (48 ftlb.)
- 1.6 Tighten screws for drive plate.
> Tightening torque 60 Nm (44 ftlb.)
- 1.7 Tighten screw for ATF lines on automatic transmission.
> Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)
- 1.8 Tighten screws on additional coolant pump holder.
> Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.6 ftlb.)
- 1.9 Tighten screws for heat shield on additional coolant pump.
> Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
- 1.1 Tighten screws securing transmission support to the body.
