Installing Connecting Link For Anti-Roll Bar

Information 

Threaded joints must only be tightened in zero position! If this is not done, the bearings can become warped.

1. Install connecting link -1-  .

   Front anti-roll bar connecting link

   1. 1.1 Replace screws and nuts on connecting link.
   2. 1.2 Place connecting link -1-  in position.
   3. 1.3 Fit screw -5-  .
   4. 1.4 Turn the anti-roll bar as far as required until the connecting link -1-  is positioned at the wheel bearing housing.
   5. 1.5 Fit screw -3-  .
   6. 1.6 Screw on nuts -2 and 4-  .
   7. 1.7 Tighten nut -2-  .

      > Initial tightening 40 Nm (30 ftlb.)  > Final tightening + 90° 

   8. 1.8 Tighten nut -4-  .

      > Initial tightening 40 Nm (30 ftlb.)  > Final tightening + 90° 

2. Fit electric lines and plug connection -2-  on holder -1-  .
