Information 

The > 9900 - PIWIS Tester 3  instructions take precedence and in the event of a discrepancy these are the instructions that must be followed. Deviations can occur with later software versions.

  1. Install brake shoes.

    > 468320 REMOVING AND INSTALLING BRAKE SHOES 

  2. Cancel brake pad change mode using > 9900 - PIWIS Tester 3  .
    1. 2.1  Select Brake electronics (PSM, incl. parking brake)  in the control unit overview.
    2. 2.2 Drive links/checks  must now be selected.
    3. 2.3  Select Cancel brake pad change mode  .
  3. Adjust and calibrate parking brake shoes.

    > 468316 ADJUSTING AND CALIBRATING BRAKE SHOES 

  4. Activate the parking brake using the button in the passenger compartment.
