Information
Checking brake pad thickness (shown as an example)
- If brake pad wear is indicated by the warning light, the warning contact line must also be replaced.
- Replacement of the warning contact can be avoided by replacing the brake pads before a pad thickness -Arrows- of 2.5 mm is reached.
- Warning contacts must be replaced if the core of the wire is worn.
- If only the plastic part of the warning contact is worn, the warning contacts need not be replaced.
- Carefully pull off warning contact -1-
on the brake pad -2-
and then disconnect the cable plug -3-
at the plug connection.

- Loosen brake callipers front. Do not disconnect the brake pipe from the brake calliper.
