Replacing Output Shaft Seal

Lift up O-rings -1 and 2- slightly using a suitable tool and pull them off the shaft -3- .

Remove sealing ring

Sealing ring
1. 2.1 Fit Spax attachment from tool set > T10055 - puller on sealing ring -1 - at -arrows- .
2. 2.2 Fit > T10055 - puller on Spax attachment and pull out sealing ring evenly.
Install new sealing ring -1- .

Sealing ring
1. 3.1 Clean sealing faces.
2. 3.2 Fit new sealing ring -1- at the sealing ring seating position -2- and press it in using > 9937 - pressure piece .
  > Adjustment value 38.5 mm +/- 0.5 mm
  
  > Adjustment value 0 mm +/- 035 mm
Slide new O-rings onto the shaft.
