Removing Upper Part Of Casing

Information 

The dashboard inset and steering column casing (upper part) are integrated in one component and can only be removed together.

1. Loosen upper part of casing -1-  .

   Upper part of casing, front

   1. 1.1  Turn the steering wheel so that the openings -2-  on the front are accessible.
   2. 1.2  Unclip upper part of casing -1-  through the openings -2-  on the front using a suitable tool.
   3. 1.3  Set upper part of casing -1-  aside.
2. Remove upper part of casing together with dashboard inset.
