Installing Hall-Sender Rotor

Information
- Always check hall-sender rotor before installation.
- The hall-sender rotor must not come into contact with a magnet.
- If the hall-sender rotor comes close to a magnet, it must be replaced.
- Check condition of hall-sender rotor -1-
using tool >T10473 - test card-2-
.
Undamaged hall-sender rotor
- 1.1 >T10473 - Test card-2- must be held over the hall-sender rotor -1- . Then turn it.
- 1.2 An undamaged hall-sender rotor -1- will have clearly visible continuous stripes -Arrows- .
Result: Hall-sender rotor -1- OK!
- Check "TDC marking" -Arrow-

Undamaged "TDC marking"
- 2.1 >T10473 - Test card-2- must be held over the hall-sender rotor -1- . Then turn it.
- 2.2 An undamaged hall-sender rotor -1- will have a clearly visible "TDC marking" -Arrow- .
Result: Hall-sender rotor -1- OK!
- Always replace a damaged hall-sender rotor.
Damaged hall-sender rotor
- 3.1 If the hall-sender rotor -1- is damaged, the stripes -Arrow- will not be visible.
Result: Hall-sender rotor -1- not OK - replace it!
- Only install an undamaged hall-sender rotor.
