Removing Rear Right Coolant Pipe

Coolant pipe switching valve

1. 1.1  Release retaining clip -2-  .
2. 1.2  Loosen spring band clamp -3-  using > VAS 6890 - spring band clamp pliers  .
3. 1.3  Unscrew screws -4-  and pull coolant pipe switching valve -1-  off the coolant hoses -5-  .
4. 1.4  Catch escaping coolant and close off line connections using suitable stoppers.

Rear right coolant pipe

1. 2.1  Loosen spring band clamp -2-  using > VAS 6890 - spring band clamp pliers  .
2. 2.2  Unscrew screws -3-  and remove retainer plate -4-  .
3. 2.3  Pull right rear coolant pipe -1-  off the -5-  coolant hose.
4. 2.4  Catch escaping coolant and close off line connections using suitable stoppers.
