Installing Charge Air Cooler: Overview

- Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:

Tighten screws securing pressure pipe flange to charge-air cooler.
> Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)
- 1.2
Tighten screw-type clamps on pressure hoses.
> Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)
- 1.3
Tighten screws on charge-air cooler.
> Tightening torque 4 Nm (3 ftlb.)
- 1.1
Tighten screws securing pressure pipe flange to charge-air cooler.
