Removing Intake Manifold

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Have suitable stoppers ready for closing off the line connections.
  2. Disconnect line connections.

    Line connections for intake pipes

    1. 2.1  Unclip vacuum line -2-  from intake manifold -1- (-Arrows-)  and set it aside.
    2. 2.2  Release and disconnect line connections -3-  .
    3. 2.3  Loosen spring band clamps -4-  using > VAS 6891 - spring band clamp pliers  and disconnect hoses -5-  .
    4. 2.4  Close off connection openings using suitable stoppers.
  3. Remove intake pipes -1-  .

    Intake pipes

    1. 3.1  Unscrew screws for intake pipes -2-  .
    2. 3.2  Remove intake pipes -1-  .
