Installing Fuel Pressure Sensor (High-Pressure Sensor)

  1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
    1. 1.1  Replace sealing ring on the fuel pressure sensor.
    2. 1.2  Coat the thread of the union nut on the fuel pressure sensor with Microgleit DF 977S. Observe a drying time of at least 5 minutes before fitting.
    3. 1.3  Tightening torque for fuel pressure sensor: > Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)
