Installing Ignition Coils For Cylinders 5 To 8

Ignition coils 5-8 - illustration without cable duct

1. 1.1  Insert ignition coils -2-  and check that they are seated correctly.
2. 1.2  Fit and tighten screws on ignition coils -1-  .

   > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) (6.6 ftlb.)

1. 2.1  Move cable duct -1-  into installation position.
2. 2.2  Connect and lock electric plug connections -3 to 6-  .
3. 2.3  Make sure that the ground lines are attached to the threaded bolts and screw on and tighten nuts -2-  .

   > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) (6.6 ftlb.)

Vent lines

1. 4.1  Connect vent lines-1 and 2-  to the line connections -3-  .
2. 4.2  Connect and lock line connections -3-  .
