Fuel transfer unit with accessories

A	> VAS 5190A - Fuel extractor (This equipment has been tested and approved by PORSCHE)
B	Special accessory: fuel nozzle (The fuel nozzle switches off automatically when the fuel tank is full)
C	Suction line with venting device (rubber taper with transparent hose)

Overview of fuel transfer system

Compressed air connection (connection for unlubricated/oil-free compressed air)
110 litre fuel tank (exchangeable tank, the scale on the side starts at 10 litres. All other markings are shown in 5-litre steps)
Changeover lever (for extracting fuel/refuelling vehicle)
Operating pressure display of the pump (The pressure must not exceed 6.5 bar)
On/Off switch for pump

Fuel transfer system
1. 1.1 Connect the fuel hose -1- to the changeover tank.
2. 1.2 Connect the venting device (transparent hose) -2- .
3. 1.3 Position the pneumatic stop switch -3- on the tank and secure with two knurled nuts.
4. 1.4 Then connect the suction hose to the connection -1-
Connect the earth cable.
1. 2.1 For both units, the earth cable must be connected to the ground point on the vehicle while working!

Using VAS 5190 A
1. 3.1 Move lever -1- to Filling -3- or Pumping out -4- position.
2. 3.2 Switch the pump on or off using lever -2- .
