Removing Low-Temperature Circuit Temperature Sensor

  • Danger of scalding 
    1. → Avoid contact with hot fluid.
    2. → Wear personal protective gear.
  1. Remove coolant reservoir holder -1-  .

    Coolant reservoir holder

    1. 1.1 Unscrew screws -2-  .
    2. 1.2 Remove coolant reservoir holder -1-  .
  2. Remove temperature sensor for low-temperature circuit -1-  .

Low-temperature circuit temperature sensor (TW 6)

  1. 2.1 Release and disconnect cable plug -2-  .
  2. 2.2 Unscrew screw -3-  .
  3. 2.3 Disconnect low-temperature circuit temperature sensor -1-  .
  4. 2.4 Catch escaping coolant and close off line connection using a suitable stopper.
