Removing Additional Coolant Pump For Low-Temperature System (P2)

WARNING:
Hot fluid
- Danger of scalding
- → Avoid contact with hot fluid.
- → Wear personal protective gear.
- For vehicles with particle filter:
Unscrew union nuts on differential pressure sensor lines -1- and set them aside with lines -2- .

- Unscrew nuts -2-
, disconnect the coolant pipe -1-
from the body and set it aside.

- Remove additional coolant pump for low-temperature system -1- .
Coolant pump for low-temperature circuit (P2)
- 3.1 Release spring band clamps -2- using > VAS 6890 - spring band clamp pliers and remove coolant hoses -3- .
- 3.2 Catch escaping coolant and close off line connections using suitable stoppers.
- 3.3 Release electric plug connection -4- and disconnect it.
- 3.4 Unclip clip -5- .
- 3.5 Unscrew nuts -6- .
- 3.6 Open holder -7- and remove additional coolant pump for low-temperature system -1- .
