Installing Additional Coolant Pump For Low-Temperature System (P2)

1. Installing additional coolant pump for low-temperature system -1-  .

   Additional coolant pump for low-temperature system (P2)

   1. 1.1 Insert additional coolant pump for low-temperature system -1-  into holder -7-  .
   2. 1.2 Close holder -7-  and fit and tighten screw -6-  .

      > Tightening torque 8 Nm 

   3. 1.3 Clip in clip -5-  .
   4. 1.4 Connect and lock cable plug -4-  .
   5. 1.5 Push on coolant hoses -3-  and tighten spring band clamps -2-  using > VAS 6890 - spring band clamp pliers  .
2. Position new coolant pipe -1-  and fit and tighten screws -2-  .

   > Tightening torque 5 Nm

3. For vehicles with particle filter: 

Position differential pressure sensor lines -2-  , fit union nuts on the differential pressure sensor lines -1-  and tighten.

> Tightening torque 45 Nm (33 ftlb.)
