Removing Tank Vent

1. Have suitable stoppers ready for closing off the line connections.
2. Open heat protection -1-  .

3. Loosen tank vent valve -1-  .

   Tank vent

   1. 3.1  Loosen spring band clamp -2-  using > VAS 6890 - spring band clamp pliers  and pull hose off the tank vent valve
   2. 3.2  Release and disconnect electric plug connection -3-  .
   3. 3.3  Unclip tank vent valve -1-  from holders -4-  .
   4. 3.4  Close off connections using suitable stoppers.
4. Disconnect tank vent valve line -1-  from turbocharger.

   1. 4.1  Unscrew screw -2-  .
   2. 4.2  Disconnect tank vent valve line -1-  from the turbocharger -Arrow-  .
   3. 4.3  Close off connections using suitable stoppers.
5. Disconnect tank vent valve line -1-  from pressure pipe.

   1. 5.1  Release and disconnect quick connector -2-  .
   2. 5.2  Disconnect tank vent valve line -1-  from the pressure pipe.
   3. 5.3  Close off connections using suitable stoppers.
6. Remove tank vent valve together with lines.
